This is a long-overdue review for Young who has found my family the first home! I can't thank Young enough for what he did for my family. There are two qualities that make him stand out from all other realtors out there: data knowledge and patient. He uses data to communicate with sellers to be more persuasive, and I love this approach as it's about using logic rather than using charms. His evident based research worked for us to get the home we want. Moreover, he was so patient and understanding, which I really appreciate compare to many pushy and too eager realtors that I have met. He is calm and relaxed, and he will never put pressure on you, and he will always be communicative and willing to work with your situation to fulfill your goal. I had a difficult family member who he had to deal with, and I'm very grateful for his understanding from the beginning to the end. We worked with Young to sell my mother's home in Arlington Heights. His fluency in Korean was so instrumental in communicating with my mom. He was very professional to work with, and he shows that he truly cares about his clients. He advised us to paint the house and knowing what an ordeal the process is, he stopped by that week with lunch. We were truly touched by the gesture! Young helped stage and rearrange the house that I didn't even recognize the house by the time the photos and video were published - such a professional and outstanding job! He was able to sell our house in just a few days and at above list price! Needless to say, we are truly thankful Young was able to guide us through this process and deliver such quality work!
